Luciana is a partner at magellan IP and has over 20 years of experience in Intellectual Property, working in the fields of trademarks, technology transfer agreements, geographical indications, negotiations and software registration.

Before joining the firm, she worked at renowned Intellectual Property offices in Brazil and Spain, providing personalized advice on the administrative processing of trademarks, technology contracts and intellectual property litigation in general.

Luciana serves a diverse portfolio of companies, including large national and foreign business groups, as well as small and medium-sized companies, multinationals, startups, universities, research institutes and other public entities. Since 2016, she has been one of the experts in Brazil for The European IP Helpdesk Programme, organized by the European Union Commission.
