Marcelo is dual qualified as an Economist and a Business Administrator. He is our Head of human resources and business development. He has over 35 years of experience as a HR professional and business administrator.

Change management, corporate culture, engagement processes, high performance development for leadership, mentoring and coaching, are some of the highlighted expertise he brings to our firm.

Prior to joining magellan IP, he has worked for renowned Brazilian intellectual property firms as well as for the industrial sector, as a partner, c-level and consultant.
